Probability: Weibull distributions

I know that this is not currently covered in the book - and is a bit advanced - but does anyone have any good material on how to determine what alpha and beta to use with a Weibull distribution? I am looking to add Weibull and MTTF to my offering based on the OpenIntro book and was hoping for some pointers.

Hi kberisso, is this for covering Bayesian statistics? If so, MCMC (e.g. Metropolis-Hastings) seems like a good option. If not, then this isn't something I've done myself, but Wikipedia goes through some detail using maximum likelihood:
